From the age of five, I've been in various sports, including Football, Baseball, Lacrosse, Cross Country, Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo and Parkour.

Parkour, opened the door to coaching gymnastics, working with talented individuals all the way up to Olympic hopefuls. During this chapter of my life, I worked with individuals diagnosed with Autism, one of which profoundly influenced me. He showed me the immense satisfaction of helping others embark on their fitness journey.

Since then, I wake up each day with excitement and purpose, dedicated to helping others enhance the quality of their lives.
